We composed and carried out a survey of patients’ views on these topics during February 2012. We would like to thank all patients who filled in the survey, and Shamim Zaman for helping people to take part.

The PPG and team at Richmond Medical have started work on re-organising the appointments system and setting up a programme of patient education based on the findings of the survey.
In 2013/14 we carried out a survey of patient opinion on good practice and what you would like to see improved at Richmond Medical. Results and actions planned can be found in our annual report.
